Welcome to your Adventure Log!
A blog for your campaign

Every campaign gets an Adventure Log, a blog for your adventures!

While the wiki is great for organizing your campaign world, it’s not the best way to chronicle your adventures. For that purpose, you need a blog!

The Adventure Log will allow you to chronologically order the happenings of your campaign. It serves as the record of what has passed. After each gaming session, come to the Adventure Log and write up what happened. In time, it will grow into a great story!

Best of all, each Adventure Log post is also a wiki page! You can link back and forth with your wiki, characters, and so forth as you wish.

One final tip: Before you jump in and try to write up the entire history for your campaign, take a deep breath. Rather than spending days writing and getting exhausted, I would suggest writing a quick “Story So Far” with only a summary. Then, get back to gaming! Grow your Adventure Log over time, rather than all at once.

Game Intro

The theory of time travel has been much debated over the course of the 20th Century. It was Physicist and Nobel laureate Dr. Olaf Calööket who finally provided the tangible proof of travel across time in 1996. Calööket created a device which transported humans through time and returned. The Calööket Device (CD) proved unstable and many believed the CD to be a hoax as replication was unsucessful1. Government researchers headed by Dr. James Fnord finally unraveled the missing element, DNA. By investigating and testing all variables between successful CD travel and unsuccessful replication Fnord’s group determined the individuals who traveled through time in the CD were some how able to affect the CD itself. Further research identified a particular gene common to successful time travelers. This discovery revealed that the CD enhanced the ability of those with this particular DNA coding (“Traveler DNA”). It is now theorized that the CD focuses the natural ability of some individuals to move throughout time.
These individuals are known as “Travelers”. (Previous theories have labeled them ‘Time Jumpers’.) Refined research has categorized five levels of travelers, rated 1 to 5. A level 1 Traveler is able to travel in time with the aid of CD but for no more than five minutes. Level 2-3 Travelers may travel with the aid of a CD for varying lengths of time from 30 minutes to one month. A level 4 Traveler can travel indefinitely with a CD or in contact with another Traveler with a CD. Level 5 is theoretical and a level 5 traveler can travel without the aid of a CD. The standard CD is currently Model IX (CDIX). The CDIX weights 20 pounds and, for purposes of disguise, is encased in wood. Operating a CD is Temporal Electronics/TL8 MH.
